For the past several days away from this world I made a conscious and deliberate decision to participate in my own life…without thinking about my life.
I laughed…HARD.
I went to a costume party.
I went dancing.
I went out to eat.
I ate GOOD.
I met some new people.
I reconnected with old people.
I asked for help.
I allowed others to help me.
I reached out to others in need.
Just for today I will do my very best to….
Laugh…laugh really hard.
Smile…just because…and just because someone else may need the smile.
Be spontaneous and approach each moment in all it’s uniqueness.
Love myself enough to know that who I am is more then enough.
……….and of course trick or treat with the kiddies!
