Hey Morgan, your path and your journey has been a hard one. I'm glad that you can breath a little knowing that you've come so far and learned so much. Where you came from not many people know of hope.

Loves and hugs,
Rolando
Thanks Rolando...
It was hard at the time...but when I look back now i don't see it that way, I don't know why or how it changed, but in someway through time it has become more then the struggle it once seemed to be. There are so many people that never ever get the chance to experience the life that I now live.....that's also part of the hope...that if I can do it...so can the next person...and the next...and the next...and the next. Sometimes people think their way out of the possibilities of things because they think that life is a lottery or sorts that only offers the opportunities to "some" and not all...I myself felt that way at times...but then realized if I wanted more out of my life...it wasn't up to anyone but me to change it.
Love and hugs back to you my friend!

I'm sure you've heard this before but there is always hope. In your case I'm glad that you didn't cross over to the point of no return.

But that was not your fate. You were meant to share you stories and provide hope for others. That is your calling, that's why you didn't cross over.

You proved those clinics wrong! I'm laughing with you. Miss you Morgan.
Hey Rolando,

Life is so funny like that...when you look back anyway ans see all that has occurred to lead you to the here and now. I never imagined that all that I went through would lead me closer to the place I wanted my life to be in...freaky weird but cool.

Miss you too my friend

I thnk you have a magnificent spirit. I am glad to come every once and a while and see how you are doing.

Two quotes of many which I have recently stumbled on since I posted about this very thing. These resonate the most after reading your post.

"Hope begins in the dark, the stubborn hope that if you just show up and try to do the right thing, the dawn will come. You wait and watch and work: you don't give up."
-- Anne Lamott.

"Hope is passion for what is possible."
-- Soren Kierkegaard.
Hope....
Thank you so much for the quotes they are really awesome....a sad description for me i admit...but I do like them very much! :)

"Life will only offer you that which you have the capacity to see."

This is so true. No matter what the problem, or where the person is in life, life will only offer you that which you have the capacity to see.

Isn't it just amazing what happens when we begin to open our eyes?
Hey Sibba!
Sometime I can't believe all I missed that was right in front of me......it's nice to have an opportunity to "see" all there truly is!

I like Denny's reference to Pooh.

For me personally, the anchor and cornerstone of hope, faith, and acceptance were rooted in a realationship with my higher power. Sometimes looking all over in ones own mind is where emptyness rears it's ugly head. Hope is the positive lever pulled from up above.
Speedy,
I like Denny's reference as well! I hear you loud and clear on the relationship with a higher power....sometimes the spiritual principles is that higher power I need in the emptiness in my mind!

"Piglet sidled up to Pooh from behind.
'Pooh!' he whispered.
'Yes, Piglet?'
'Nothing', said Piglet, taking Pooh's paw.

Thanks Susie for your input as always...hope is a very powerful thing indeed...for me it gave me the opportunity to dream a little further from the reality that I walked in for so long and opened a door to opportunities that led me to the freedom I experience daily!

The most heartbreaking thing to see is people that have lost all hope. I've walked through the valley of darkness more than once in my life, but no matter how darks it's been there's always been a small sparkle of light somewhere for me to hold on to. Hope is such a difficult thing, because we can try to share it to people that have seemed to lost all hope, but if they aren't open to receiving hope, they will not be able to acknowledge our offer.

Having that sparkle of hope in your life even when you were at the bottom, shows how strong you really are.
